HOW TO MAKE KEBAB





Ingredients
500 grams of beef (sliced)
Ginger 2 cm
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp coriander
100 plain yogurt (plain)
Red chillies 3 pieces
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
Tortillas or bread kebab 1 piece
Onions 25 grams (sliced)
Lettuce 25 grams (sliced)
25 grams of tomato (sliced)
Cucumber 25 grams (sliced)
The tomato sauce to taste
mayonnaise to taste

 
For meat Kebab
 1.    Clean the beef that will be used for serving kebabs,
2.    Then beating using a knife handle until flat,
3.    Blend ingredients like coriander, garlic, ginger and red chili
4.    Then mix with the meat that had been beaten flat earlier.
5.    Add the meat that has been mixed spices with pepper, salt, and yoghurt.
6.    Allow up to 10 minutes in length until the aroma and flavor of the seasoning blend with bacon, then grilled overcooked

Making Kebab
1.    Prepare the kebab bread or tortillas and bake up to look a bit crusty
2.    Then saute sliced onions until fragrant
3.    Expand tortilla was baked matured over the last flat container stacked with sauteed onions, lettuce, cucumber, tomato,kebab meat, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
4.    After that, roll tortillas
5.    Kebab is ready to serve.
